Terms of Service
KnowledgeBot is a support assistant for the official FluidNinja Discord server, operated by the FluidNinja team (the server’s administrators). By using the bot — asking it questions, or using its commands — you agree to these terms, alongside Discord’s own Terms of Service, which continue to apply.
What the service is. The bot answers questions about FluidNinja LIVE using the product’s official documentation, and helps the product team curate that documentation. It is provided free of charge as a community support tool.
Answers are informational, not guaranteed. Answers are generated automatically from the documentation and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. They are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. The published documentation is the authoritative reference; verify anything important against it. You use answers at your own risk, and to the maximum extent permitted by law the FluidNinja team accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from use of the bot or reliance on its answers.
Acceptable use. Do not abuse the service: no spamming or flooding the bot, no attempts to manipulate it into producing content unrelated to its purpose, no attempts to extract other users’ data, and no use that violates Discord’s Terms or the server’s rules. The team may rate-limit, restrict, or block any user’s access to the bot at its discretion, and may change or discontinue the service at any time.
Your questions. Questions you ask may be logged and, where they lead to a developer-approved Q&A entry, the question text may be published (never with your name) — how data is handled, and how to request deletion or anonymisation, is described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property. The documentation, the knowledge base, and the FluidNinja product remain the property of their owners; nothing in these terms transfers any rights to you.
Changes. Material changes to these terms are announced in the support channel; continued use of the bot after a change constitutes acceptance.
